摘  要:利用氩弧熔覆技术在筛条表面成功制备出Ni60基复合涂层,应用OM分析了不同熔覆工艺下复合涂层显微组织。结果表明,工作电流100 A,扫描速度192 mm/min时,可以获得组织均匀、无裂纹和气孔的复合涂层,且基体和涂层结合良好。在保证熔覆质量的情况下,随工作电流减小,扫描速度加快,细晶强化和固溶强化效果增强,复合涂层的硬度和耐磨性显著提高。Ni60 composite coating was prepared on the surface of the sieve by argon arc cladding technique. The microstructure of the coating in different cladding process was investigated by using optical microscope. The results show that the composite coating of even organization, both no cracks and air hole can be obtained, and the substrate with the coating bonding is good under 100 A working current and 192 mm/ rain scanning speed. In the case of ensuring the cladding quality, fine grain strengthening and solid solution strengthening are enhanced, hardness and wear resistance of the composite coating are significantly improved with the current decreasing, scanning speed increasing.
