摘　　要：对WZST系列三室真空高温低压渗碳炉的技术难点,型号、规格等参数进行了介绍,分析了其结构和特点,总结了三室真空高温低压渗碳炉设计和试验研究过程中的一些经验体会。结果表明,研制的WZST三室真空高温低压渗碳炉系列产品运行机构可靠,操作方便,各项技术指标满足生产需要,工件渗碳后的组织与性能、工艺的灵活性、生产成本和环境保护等方面都有很大的优势。The key points, type and specifications of WZST series of vacuum carburizing furnace were introduced, and its structure and characteristics were analyzed. Some experiences of design and research were summed up for the furnace. The results show that, the WZST furnace is reliable, easy to operate, and can fulfill the production requirements. It exhibits overwhelmingly superiority in microstrueture and properties of parts after carburizing, process flexibility, production cost and environmental protection.
