摘  要:对比了生物接触氧化法与传统活性污泥法处理机务段含油废水的处理效果,并研究了不同孔隙率、尺度的填料对生物接触氧化工艺的影响。结果表明,与活性污泥法相比,生物接触氧化法具有更高且更稳定的处理效果。所选用孔隙率不同的两种填料的挂膜期均在20 d左右;孔隙率低的填料增重更大,对污染物的去除效果与抗冲击负荷能力也较好;孔隙率低的填料单位质量上的增重与填料尺度成正比,孔隙率高的填料则相反。The treatment effects of biological contact oxidation process and traditional activated sludge process on oilbearing wastewater from a locomotive depot have been contrasted. The effects of fillers with different porosity and sizes on biological contact oxidation process are studied. The results show that compared with traditional activated sludge process ,the biological contact oxidation method has higher and more stable treatment efficiency. The film mulching stage of two kinds of fillers with different porosities selected is 20 d or so. The kind of filler with low poro sity has better weight gain, and better pollutant removing rate and antishock loading capability. As to the filler with lower porosity, its weight gain of the unit mass is in direct proportion to its size, and as to the filler with higher porosi ty, it comes to the opposite conclusion.
