卫生护垫降解性面层纸的研制

摘　　要：利用植物纤维的亲肤性和可降解性来改善卫生护垫面层材料对人体接触的舒适性,并且减轻对环境的影响。通过在漂白针叶木浆所抄造的低定量纸页上施涂试验,获得最佳工艺:表面施涂环保型功能化学添加剂PAE用量0.8%,羧基丁苯胶用量6%,AKD用量0.3%,乳化油用量10%,乳化石蜡用量12%。获得成纸的干强度875N·m-1,湿强度399N·m-1,柔软度210N·m-1,干爽性1.29g·m-2。The skin-friendly and degradable natural plant fiber was utilized to improve surface material of sanitary pad, and improve the comfort of the surface material contacting withing human body and ease the impact on the environment. Through coating on the low weight paper maked by NBKP, we can get the best process: surface coating functional environment-friendly chemical additive PAE 0.8 % carboxyl butyl benzene latex 6%, AKD 0.3%, emulsified fuel 10%, emulsification paraffin wax 12%; Paper performance: dry strength 875 N·m-1 , wet strength 399 N·m-1 , softness 210 mN, dry-comfortability 1.29 g·m-2 .
