摘　　要：采集可疑为猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)阳性的猪肺脏病料,通过Marc-145细胞培养、电镜观察、中和试验、RT-PCR检测等方法鉴定,确认从辽宁省分离到1株PRRSV,暂命名为PRRSV LN/0901株。进一步经Nsp2基因克隆测序及同源性比较及系统发育进化树等分析,结果证明该毒株属北美洲型,与2006年以来国内的多数流行变异株遗传关系相近且独立分支,说明导致辽宁地区流行的猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)病原属于北美洲型PRRSV,而且存在不断变异的趋势。A porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV） field strain,tentatively named LN/0901, was isolated from suspicious PRRSV-positive lung materials of sick pigs in Liaoning province according to the Marc- 145 cell culture, electron microscopy, and RT-PCR detection method. Further analysis by cloning Nsp2 sequencing and homology comparison and phylogenetic evolutionary tree, showed that the strain LN/0901 falls in a North American type,and shares the similar mutant genetic relationship to the majority of the domestic epidemic PRRSV strains since 2006,but is an independent branch. This suggested that the pathogen resulting in PRRS epidemic in Liaoning belongs to the North American type PRRSV,and with a trend of continuous variation.
