摘 要:目的制备苦参碱磁性缓释颗粒,并对其性能进行研究。方法以壳聚糖、Fe3O4纳米粒为主要材料,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选制备工艺,并评价其性能。结果正交设计获最优处方为:微晶纤维素质量0.40 g,壳聚糖浓度2.0%,壳聚糖质量0.25 g,磁性纳米粒质量为0.12 g,药物体外释放行为符合一级动力学方程,并具有明显的磁敏感性。结论该制剂制备工艺合理可行,有较好的缓释效果和顺磁性,可作为消化系肿瘤治疗的给药剂型。Purpose To prepare the magnetic sustained release granules loaded matrine and to evalu- ate its properties. Methods Using chitosan and Fe3Q nanoparticles as major matrix,the optimal formula- tion of matrine magnetic sustained release granules was selected by L9 (3^4) orthogonal design. Also, its properties were estimated. Results The best recipe was as follows:MCC 0.40 g, chitosan concentration 2.0% ,chitosan 0.25 g and Fe3O4 nanoparticles 0.12 g. The release behavior followed the first-order ki- netics,and occupated significant magnetic sensitive characteristics. Conclusion The results showed that magnetic sustained release granules loaded matrine have a good sustained release effect and paramagnet- ism and the preparation process is rational and practicable. This product could be used as a new thera- peutic dosage form for digestive system tumor.
