摘　　要：目的研究黄原胶对疼痛的缓解作用。方法分别采用小鼠腹腔注射醋酸及大鼠左后肢关节腔注射碘乙酸钠诱导疼痛模型,前者以小鼠扭体反应潜伏期和扭体次数为指标,后者以大鼠左后肢机械缩足阈值和承重分布为指标,评价黄原胶对疼痛的缓解作用。结果与生理盐水组相比,黄原胶可明显延长小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期并减少扭体次数,显著抑制碘乙酸钠诱导的大鼠左后肢机械缩足阈值及承重分布的降低。结论黄原胶可显著缓解疼痛。Purpose To investigate the alleviative effect of xanthan gum （XG） on pain. Methods Pain models were induced through the mice intraperitoneal injected with acetic acid and the left knees of the rats intra-articularly injected with monosodium iodoacetate （MIA） , respectively. The alleviative effect of XG on pain was evaluated through pain related behaviors tests. Results XG significantly prolonged the in- itial appearance of writhing response,and meanwhile it reduced the times of writhing response within 15 rain after exposure of the mice to acetic acid. Intra-articular injection of XG significantly increased the paw withdrawal threshold and weight bearing of the MIA-treated limbs. Conclusion XG had obvious alle- viative effect on pain.
