摘 要:为寻求水垫塘防护理念上新的突破,结合目前研究现状,针对高坝挑流消能防冲护底问题,采用模型试验与数值模拟相结合的手段,分析和模拟了挑流消能的关键问题——塘消能与冲刷过程,比较了传统平底水垫塘和块体护底水垫塘的水流形态、塘内水面线、流速分布及底板压力,得出冲击区的抗冲块体能明显降低水流对结构的破坏能力,块体护底水垫塘可缩减传统水垫塘尺寸。Taking units commissioning of Xiangshuijian pumped storage power station for an example, the process of domestic pumped storage units putting into commercial operation is divided into four stages, which includes production preparation, debugging, unit test and commercial operation. The characteristics of each stage are analyzed. Based on the focus of each stage, the operation work is implemented. Some innovative management measures are taken to promote unit putting into commercial operation smoothly. The practice proved that stage management work can enhance management level and work efficiency and ensure the new unit commissioning smoothly.
