摘  要:为解决风能发电中的弃风问题和降低CO2的排放,提出了火电、风电与抽水蓄能电站联合运行成本效益分析模型。仿真计算结果表明,利用抽水蓄能电站替代火电厂作为风能发电的备用服务,可吸纳未被利用的风能、减少燃煤机组的使用、增加电网吸纳风电的能力、降低CO2的排放量,具有显著的环境效益。以仿真结果为目标值,对火电、风电与抽水蓄能电站联合运行成本效益分析模型进行敏感性分析发现,风电并网量是CO2减排和电网购电利润减少的敏感性因素。In order to solve the abandoned wind in wind power generation and reduce CO2 emissions, this article es- tablishes joint operation of cost-benefit analysis model of thermal power~ wind power and pumped storage power station. Empirical analysis finds that using pumped storage power station as an alternative to thermal power plants as wind power reserve service can absorb unused wind energy, increase the utilization efficiency of wind energy, reduce the operation of coal-fired units and CO2 emissions, which has significant environmental benefits. Taking the simulation results as target value, the sensitivity analysis of joint operation of cost-effectiveness analysis model of thermal power, wind power and pumped storage power station shows that grid-connected wind power is the sensitivity factors in reducing CO2 emissions and the profits of grid purchasing power.
