摘 要:目前,国内有一些铝冷轧机的轧制生产过程相对分散,轧制工艺规范性较差,轧制参数设定精度较低,影响生产过程稳定性和带材头部控制精度,制约着道次成材率及生产效率的提高。针对上述问题,对生产流程管理、工艺优化应用、自适应预设定等工艺流程优化控制技术进行研究,并在L2级过程控制系统中进行应用。结果表明,L2级工艺流程优化控制技术可实现生产流程的标准化管理、轧制工艺的优化制定和应用、轧制参数的高精度预设定控制,从而提高带材头部板形和板厚控制精度、道次成材率及生产效率,有助于实现持续稳定的高精度轧制生产,为企业创造效益。Currently, some domestic aluminum cold rolling mills are working with discrete process line, optional rolling technology and low accurate presetting roiling parameters. Thus, the stability of rolling process and gauge accuracy of strip head are affected badly;the productivity of the mill and yield ratio per pass are restricted as well. In response to these prob- lems, the processing line reorganization, technology optimization, application of optimized technology and self-adapting setting have been studied. That means the process route and control technology optimization of aluminum strip cold rolling mill has been investigated. So the L2 process control system now is being used with the above mentioned optimized technol- ogy. The results indicate that the optimized L2 process controlling technology could make the production process standardized management ;the roiling technology being optimized and ap- plied ;the accurate rolling parameters being preset and controlled;so the flatness and gauge accuracy of the strip head being increased;the yield ratio per pass and productivity being increased as well;the high efficient and stable rolling process have been reached, which can create higher benefit for enterprises.
