摘　　要：介绍了铝-硅-钙三元合金粉的试制过程及其工艺装备系统。结果表明,用空气雾化法制备铝-硅-钙三元合金粉,工艺简单、经济实用,可生产出理化性能完全符合泡沫铝材料特殊性能要求的产品,适用于工业化规模化生产。The process and processing equipments for Al-Si-Ca ternary alloy powder testing production have been introduced. The experimental production shows that the Al-Si-Ca ternary alloy powder being prepared by air atomization possesses two advantages. Those are simple technology and economic preparation. The physical properties of the powder can fully conform to the special requirements of foam aluminum products. It is suitable for industrializing production.
