摘 要:利用慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)试验、扫描电镜分析等研究了含Sc的Al-Zn-Mg-Zr合金在T6和T73热处理状态下,在空气和质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)敏感性,研究了热处理状态及应变速率对该合金SCC敏感性的影响。结果表明,同一热处理状态下的该合金在应变速率为1.33×10-6s-1时,其SCC敏感性比应变速率为6.66×10-6s-1时的大;在同一应变速率下,该合金T6态的SCC敏感性比T73态的大,T73态合金的抗应力腐蚀性能比T6态合金的好。The stress corrosion cracking (SCC) susceptibility of Al-Zn-Mg-Zr alloy containing Sc with T6 and T73 temper has been investigated by slow strain rate tension (SSRT) tests in air and in 3.5% (wt) NaCl solution respectively. The effect of heat treatment and strain rate on SCC has been studied by scanning electron microscope. The results show that under the same heat-treatment condition, the stress corrosion cracking susceptibility of the alloy is higher while the alloy being deformed with strain rate of l.33 ×10-6s-1 than that alloy with strain rate of 6.66×10-6s-1; and at the same strain rate ,the stress corrosion cracking susceptibility of the alloy with T6 temper is higher than that alloy with T73 temper. That means that the stress corrosion resistance of the alloy with T73 temper is better than that alloy with T6 temper.
