补肾健骨汤联合阿伦磷酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度和性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究补肾健骨汤联合阿伦磷酸钠对绝经后骨质疏松症患者骨密度和性激素的影响。方法:将62例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例),对照组服用阿伦磷酸钠;治疗组在服用阿伦磷酸钠的基础上加服补肾健骨汤,均经6个月治疗,观察两组治疗前后性激素及骨密度值,进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组治疗前后及两组间治疗后的雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)及骨密度(BMD)均有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后的骨密度值比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),血清性激素水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗前后两组间血清性激素及骨密度值差异均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨汤联合阿伦磷酸钠能显著提高绝经后骨质疏松症患者雌二醇、睾酮水平,提升骨密度值,加快胶原钙的沉积合成,对绝经后骨质疏松症具良好的治疗作用。Objective： To observe the influence of Bushen Jiangutang and alendronate sodium on the sex hormones and bone density of patients with postmenopausal osteopm＇osis. Methods： 62 cases of patients with postmenopansal osteoporosis were randomized into the treatment group（32 cases） and the control group（30 cases）, the control group taking alendronate sodimn and the treatment group taking alendronate sodium and Bushen Jiangutang. After six month＇ s treatment, observed the bone mineral density （BMD） values and sex hormones indicators before and after treatment of the two groups, and the statistical analysis was made. Results： Before and after treatment of the treatment group, and after treatment of the two groups, the estradiol, testosterone and BMD were significantly different （P〈0.05）; the BMD of the control group before and after treatment showed a significant difference （P〈0.05）; serum sex hormones had no significant difference （P〉0.05）; both serum sex hormones and BMD value of the two groups before and after treatment had significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Bushen Jiangutang and alendronate sodium could significantly improve the level of estradiol and testosterone in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis, increase BMD value and speed up the collagen synthesis of calcium deposits, with a good therapeutic effect on the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.
