配伍生地黄、熟地黄对制马钱子毒性影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过急性毒性动物实验,研究制马钱子配伍生地黄、熟地黄后对其毒性的影响。方法:将制马钱子分别与生地黄、熟地黄以不同比例配伍,实验用SPF级昆明小白鼠,测量毒性,用改良寇氏法计算出各种配伍的解毒率。结果:制马钱子与生地黄、熟地黄配伍均可以降低制马钱子的毒性。结论:本实验为临床安全有效地使用制马钱子提供了实验室依据。Objective： To Study the toxic effects of Nux Vomica Preparata＇ s compatibility with Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparata by the animal experiment of acute toxicity. Methods： Measured the toxicity of Nux Vomica Preparata from the acute toxicity experiment of Nux Vomica Preparata＇ s compatibility with Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Rehmanniae Preparatam on SPF Kunming mice. Calculated the detoxication rate with improved Kou＇s method respectively. Conclusion： The study provided laboratory evidence to the safe and effective use of Nux Vomica Preparata.
