摘 要:采用非参数的Malmquist指数方法,分别测算了1999~2010年我国内资企业和外资企业在制造业各行业中的全要素生产率增长水平及其构成。结果表明,考察期间两类企业在制造业各行业中的全要素生产率都呈现出上升趋势,且技术进步是两类企业全要素生产率提高的主要动力;内资企业的技术进步指数变动优于外资企业,但技术效率指数同外资企业相比有一定的差距;内资企业在劳动及资本密集型行业中的TFP增长速度快于外资企业,但其在技术密集型行业中的全要素生产率增长水平低于外资企业。基于实证结果与分析,对我国制造业的发展给出了政策建议。This paper employs Malmquist Index method to calculate the growth level of total factor productivity (TFP) and the composition of the domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises in manufacturing industry during the period of 1999- 2010. Results show that: (1) the TFP of the two kinds of enterprises turns to increase, which is stimulated by technical progress~ (2) the change of the technical progress index of domestic enterprises is more favorable than that of foreign enterprises, while there is a gap between domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises in terms of technical efficiency index~ (3) the growth rate of the TFP of the domestic enterprises in labor-intensive and capital-intensive industries is faster than that of foreign enterprises while the growth rate of the TFP of technology-intensive industry is lower than that of foreign enterprises. According to the empirical results and analysis, some suggestions are made on promoting the development of Chinese manufacturing industry.
