摘  要:采用(NH4)2S2O8为氧化剂,对烧结脱硫灰中CaSO3进行催化氧化研究,研究氧化剂的量、催化剂种类、反应时间、反应温度及(NH4)2SO4的添加量等因素对亚硫酸钙的转化率的影响。实验结果表明,CuSO4催化效果最佳;反应温度越高,CaSO3的氧化率越高;少量(NH4)2SO4明显增加CaSO3的氧化率。当CaSO3与(NH4)2S2O8物质量比为20∶1时,加入的(NH4)2SO4占脱硫灰重量0.2%,以CuSO4作为催化剂,40℃中反应1 h,CaSO3的氧化率达到50%以上。In rization ash, using this paper, a catalytic oxidation route is adopted to oxidize CaSO3 contained in a sintered desulfu-(NH4)2S2O8 as oxidant. Some critical factors influencing the oxidation efficiency of CaSO3 has been investigated, including the quantity of oxidant, the categories of catalysts, the reaction time, the reaction tem-perature and the amount of (NH4 )2SO4 added. The results are as follows: CuSO4 as catalyst exhibits the highest cata- lytic efficiency; the elevated reaction temperature is beneficial to promoting the oxidation of CaSO3 ; a small amount of the additive (NH4 )2SO4 can significantly increase the oxidation rate of CaSO3. The oxidation efficiency of CaSO3 ap-proaches above 50% when controlling the molar ratio of CaSO3 to (NH4)2S2O8 to be 20: 1, the content of the added (NH4)2SO4 to be 0.2 wt % , the reaction time to be 1 h, the reaction temperature to be 40 .q C, and using the Cu- SO4 as catalyst.
