摘  要:在Aspen Plus平台上对日处理量2 000 t玉米秸秆的纤维素乙醇生产流程建立流程模拟模型,预处理采用蒸气爆破法,对纤维素乙醇流程模拟模型进行严格的物料和能量计算,并进行了水分回收分析。结果表明:在日处理量2 000 t玉米秸秆时,每h的水用量为108.24 t,废水量为147.48 t,与水分回收之前的水用量和废水排量相比,分别减少了75.6%和69.5%;日处理2 000 t玉米秸秆时消耗的各种形式能量为492.84×109J/h,同时产出能量535.68×109J/h,能量产出大于能量投入;蒸气爆破法具有反应设备简化,能耗低的优点。The flow - sheet simulation model of cellulosic ethanol production process by steam explosion pre-treatment with the capacity of 2 000 t/d com stover was developed based on the Aspen Plus. The mass balance and energy balance of this process were calculated and the results show that the capacity of 2 000 t/d corn stover required 108.24 t/h fresh water and 147.48 t/h waste water after waste - water recycling, which reduced 75.6% and 69.5% respectively. The required energy input is 492.84 × 10^9 J/h, and the generated energy is 535.68 × 10^9 J/h, which means that energy generated was greater than the energy consumption. The steam explosion method has the advantages of response equipment simplified and low energy consumption.
