寻常型银屑病治疗前后自然杀伤T细胞变化及意义

摘　　要：目的:通过检测寻常型银屑病患者治疗前后外周血中自然杀伤T细胞(NKT细胞)变化情况,探讨其在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法:银屑病32例均服用阿维A胶囊,治疗前及治疗后1个月,行PASI评分并抽取空腹静脉血。采用流式细胞术检测寻常型银屑病32例患者治疗前后及健康对照组29例外周血中NKT细胞比例。结果:寻常型银屑病患者外周血中NKT细胞较正常对照组减少(P<0.05),治疗后NKT细胞增加,但仍未达到健康对照组水平。银屑病32例患者外周血中NKT细胞比例,治疗前后均与患者的PASI评分间呈负相关(治疗前r=-0.686,P<0.01;治疗后r=-0.847,P<0.01)。结论:寻常型银屑病患者NKT细胞较正常人减少,提示NKT细胞可能在银屑病发病中起重要作用。Objective： To explore the effect of Natural killer T cells （NKT cells） on the immune pathogenesis of vul-garis of psoriasis by observing its peripheral blood levels. Methods： Flow cytometry was used to measure the percentages of NKT cells from the peripheral blood of 32 psoriatic vulgaris patients and 29 normal controls. Results： Decreased percent- age of NKT cells was detected in psoriatic vulgaris patients compared to the controls （P〈0.05）, the percentage of NKT cells increased after different antipsoriatic therapies, but remained significantly lower than those found in the controls. Conclu-sion： The percentage of circulating NKT cells was markedly decreased in psoriatic vulgaris patients compared to healthy people, NKT cells may play an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
