摘　　要：文章根据糖料(香精)罐搅拌装置原有的结构特点和性能要求,设计一个联接传动器,改变减速机和搅拌传动轴的直接联接驱动方式,把减速机与糖料(香精)罐罐体隔离开来,在保证减速机和联接传动器正常运行的前提下,使减速机润滑油渗漏后能够及时发现,以便采取有效维修措施,并且实现减速机漏油和香精糖料的隔离保护,防止油污染香精糖料事件发生。改进安装后的联接传动器运行平稳,维修方便,具有推广意义。Based on the original structural features and performance requirements of sugar （essence） tank stirring apparatus ,design a connected driver in order to change the direct connect driving means of speed reducers and stir transmission shafts, and separate the speed reducers with sugar （essence） tank stirring apparatus. With the premises of which are making sure the normal operation of speed reducers and connect transmitters, we can find problems when the speed reducers leak lubricating oil in time. Therefore, we can take effective measures. Also, through the insulation blocking of speed reducers＇ oil leak and sugar （essence） ,we can prevent the accident which oil leaks pollute sugar（essence）. After improving installed connect transmitters running smooth and convenient for maintenance and with the promotion of significance.
