摘 要:我国高含硫天然气资源丰富,开采潜力大,但其资源利用面临腐蚀性强、成本高、毒性大、事故后果严重等难题。为此,总结了中国石油天然气集团公司近年来在深层高温、高压、大产量高含硫天然气开采中产能测试、完井及改造、集输与腐蚀控制、脱硫与硫磺回收、安全环境风险防控等方面开展技术攻关所取得的创新成果:①高含硫气井产能测试技术非稳态测试用时减少50%,平均误差为7.5%,试井测试深度达7 000m,硫化氢测试含量达230g/m3;②高含硫气井完井裸眼封隔器分段工具的分段级数达12级,不动管柱水力喷射分段工具的分段级数达9级;③高含硫气田气液密闭混输工艺和腐蚀控制技术体系长效膜缓蚀剂的膜持续时间为45d;④高含硫天然气净化技术体系的改良低温克劳斯硫磺回收工艺的硫磺回收率达99.45%,高含硫天然气脱硫技术及工艺计算模型的有机硫脱除率达85%,催化剂硫化氢的转化率为96%,总硫转化率为98%。最后还提出了加快建设高含硫气田开采国家级研发平台以推动本领域技术进步的建议。There is a great abundance of natural gas resources with a high content of H2S in China and their bright prospect has convinced many gas producers,who,on the other hand,have to meet great challenges of strong corrosion,huge cost,high toxicity and serious consequence after accidents.In view of this,this paper aims to summarize good experience in the recovery and exploitation of high-sulfur gas over the past years from the China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC).The achievements made by this giant company include deliverability test,well completion & reservoir stimulation,gathering & transportation,corrosion control,sulfur removal and recovery,HSE risk prevention and control,and so on.(1) Time consumption of the non-steady state test of high-H2S gas well deliverability was reduced by 50% with an average error of 7.5%,the depth of the tested well of 7000 m,and the content of H2S of 230 g/m3.(2) In a high H2S gas well,the sectional completion by the external packer was done up to 12 levels;the hydraulic jetting without pulling string is done up to 9 levels.(3) As for the gas-liquid tight line transportation and corrosion control,the adopted long-time effect inhibitor film was kept well for 45 days.(4) With the help of the innovated Claus process,the sulfur recovery rate was up to 99.45%;the organic sulfur removal rate was 85% with the relevant calculation models;the transformation of catalyst was 96%;and the total sulfur recovery rate was 98%.In the end,this paper presents proposals for speeding up the building of a state-level R & D platform for exploiting high-sulfur gas fields,thus to make great advance in this field.
