摘　　要：目的:考核调查问卷的信度和效度,以完善新疆某专科医院后勤人员工作满意度调查问卷。方法:通过分析克朗巴赫系数α、结构效度,评价调查问卷的信度和效度。结果:各领域、方面以及问卷总体的克朗巴赫系数α为0.979。因子分析共提取了5个初始特征值大于1的公因子,累计贡献率达到81.115%,因子分析结果反映了问卷设计时的几个重要方面。结论:新疆某专科医院后勤人员工作满意度调查问卷具有较好的信度和效度。Objectives：To test the reliability and validity of questionnaire on stuff＇s satisfaction survey for the Specialist hospital in Xinjiang,and to provide an effective instrument for the Specialist hospital in Xinjiang.Methods：By analyzing the Cronbach alpha,construct validity,reliability evaluation questionnaire and validity.Results：In various fields,aspects and questionnaire overall Cronbach coefficient αwas 0.979.Factor analysis extracted a total of five initial feature common factor value is greater than 1,the cumulative contribution rate of 81.115%,the factor analysis results reflect several important aspects of the design of the questionnaire.Conclusion：The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.
