莪术油对呼吸道合胞病毒性肺炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：[目的 ]用呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)感染棉鼠和小白鼠 ,制作RSV肺炎模型 ,用莪术油混悬剂腹腔注射 ,观察疗效。 [方法 ]用 10 0倍半数感染剂量 (TCID50 )RSV感染棉鼠和小白鼠 ,从感染当天开始用 0 5 %莪术油腹腔注射治疗 ,注射第 5天、第 10天解剖动物观察肺组织光学病理和超微病理的改变。用RSV感染体外培养的Hep -2传代细胞株 ,用0 5 %莪术油抑制RSV病毒 ,计算其治疗指数。 [结果 ] 0 5 %莪术油可以有效治疗患RSV肺炎的棉鼠和小白鼠 ;体外试验证明 ,莪术油对RSV病毒所致的细胞病变有抑制作用 ,其半数有效浓度 (IC50 )为 0 0 116mg/ml,治疗指数为 82 12 9。[结论 ]莪术油对感染RSV肺炎的动物有治疗作用 ,体外有明显抑制RSV感染细胞的作用。Objective]The purpose of this study is to test the therapeutic effect of ATO on pneumonia caused by RSV [Methods]TCID 50 of 100 times was applied to infect cotton rats and mice Abdominal injection of ATO (0 5%) started on the same day when the cotton rats and mice were infected Optical and ultramicroscopical pathological changes were studied on the 5th and 10th day of the injection treatment Hep-2 cell strain in vitro was also infected by RSV and ATO of 0 5% was then applied to inhibit RSV; the therapeutic index was calculated Results showed that ATO of 0 5% had obvious therapeutic effect on RSV pneumonia of cotton rats and mice, and that ATO of 0 5% also had inhibitory effect on cellular pathological change caused by RSV [Results]It revealed that the IC 50 is 0 011 6mg/ml, and the,therapeutic index was 82 129 [Conclusions]This study proved that ATO has therapeutic effect on animal RSV pneumonia and has marked inhibitory effect on RSV-infected cells
