低场强MRI对膝关节半月板损伤的临床诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨膝关节半月板损伤的MRI的临床诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析48例半月板损伤患者的MRI表现,并按StoUer半月板退变和损伤的MRI分级标准进行分级。结果:48例48个半月板损伤中,Ⅰ级损伤5个,Ⅱ级损伤15个,Ⅲ级损伤28个,经外科手术、关节镜证实。结论:MRI是一种无创性的、能准确诊断半月板损伤的成像方法,能为临床治疗提供可靠的依据,是目前诊断半月板损伤最好的检查方法。Objective To discuss the value of MR] for clinical diagnosis of meniscus injury. Method Retrospective analysis of 48 cases with meniscus injury patients＇MRI imagos;according to StoUer meniscus degeneration and damage of the MR] grading standards were classi- fied. Results In 48 patients with meniscus injury,grade I damage was five, II level damage was 15, III level damage was 28,which were confirmed by the surgery arthroscopy. Conclusion MRI was a non - invasive and accurate method which can diagnose the meniscus inju- ry. It can also provide tellable evidences for clinical treatment which made it the best method to diagnose the meniscus injury at present.
