南通市农业水价改革方向与对策探讨

摘　　要：农业灌溉供水决定农业发展的数量和质量,农业灌溉水价改革不仅关系农业供水工程的运行,而且关系农业的发展、农村的稳定和农民的增收。通过对南通市农业水价改革基本特点和政策取向的分析,就改革的主要经验和突破方向进行了归纳总结,并提出推行农业水价改革的对策和建议。The quantity and quality of agricultural development are dependent on the water supply in agriculture irrigation.The reform of water price in agriculture irrigation relates to the running of water-supply projects and the agricultural development,rural stability and farmers' income.By analyzing the fundamental characteristics of reform of agricultural water price and the policy orientation in Nantong,the main experience and breakthrough direction for the reform are summarized.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
