热毒宁注射液辅助治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察热毒宁注射液治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（AECOPD）的临床疗效及安全性。方法 102例AECOPD患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。两组均常规给予抗感染、解痉平喘、止咳化痰治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用热毒宁注射液20mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静滴,每日1次。疗程均为7~10d。结果两组治疗后WBC、PCT、CRP、IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α均较治疗前降低,且治疗组优于对照组;另外治疗组肺功能及动脉血气分析改善亦优于对照组,且治疗组细菌清除率、总有效率明显高于对照组,而抗生素应用天数较对照组明显减少。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论热毒宁注射液治疗AECOPD疗效确切,安全性高,值得临床推荐。Objective To study the efficacy and security of reduning injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 102 patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were all given the conventional treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment, the treatment group was given reduning injection, 20mL/d.The courses of treatment were 7-10d.Results There were significant differences in WBC, PCT, CRP, ILT6, IL-8 and TNF-tt between two groups.The index of lung function and arterial blood gas analysis were improved significantly in the treatment group, then, was better than the index in the control group. The total effective rate and the rate of bacterial clearance for the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control, and days of application of antibiotics in the treatment group was less than that of the control group.Conclusion Reduning injection used for treating acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is favorable and safe.
