摘 要:目的探讨高频超声在诊断膝关节内侧副韧带损伤中的应用价值。方法对2011年1月至2012年8月到我院就诊,经高频超声诊断为膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的23例患者进行回顾分析,并追踪手术结果或MRI检查结果作比较。结果 23例患者中,20例经手术或MRI证实为膝关节内侧副韧带损伤,诊断符合率为87%;3例为误诊,占13%。结论高频超声在诊断膝关节内侧副韧带损伤具有特异性,且经济、方便、快捷、准确,可重复使用,对其治疗及评估预后具有重要的临床价值,值得在基层医院推广应用。Objective To explore the high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of medial collateral ligament injury of knee joint in the application. Methods January 2011 to August 2012 to our hospital for treatment, were retrospectively analyzed 23 patients of the medial collateral ligament injury, and track the surgical findings or MRI results were compared with the high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis. Results In the 23 patients, 20 cases of MRI confirmed by operation or for a medial knee ligament injury, diagnosis coincidence rate was 87%; in 3 cases of misdiagnosed, accounted for 13%. Conclusions Specific high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of medial collateral ligament injury, and economical, convenient, fast, accurate, reusable, its treatment and assessment of prognosis has important clinical value, it is worth to the hospital to promote the application at the grassroots level.
