摘 要:采用熔融水淬法制备了透明瓷粉,对透明瓷粉的相结构、热膨胀系数、生物相容性等进行了研究,并对透明瓷粉制备的烤瓷试样的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:自制透明瓷粉体主要为非晶态,其热膨胀系数为1.1×10^(-5)~1.3×10^(-5)℃^(-1),其生物相容性与日本松风瓷粉的相差不大;自制透明瓷粉制备的烤瓷试样的抗弯强度高于自然牙的,达到了临床要求。The transparent porcelain powders were prepared by melt water-quenched method. The phase structure, thermal expansion coefficient, biocompatibility of the powders and mechanical property of the porcelain fused to metal prepared by transparent porcelain powders were investigated respectively. The results show that the self-made transparent porcelain powders were non-crystalline. Their thermal expansion coefficients were between l. 1 X 10-5 ~C i and 1.3X 10 5 ~C 1. The biocompatibilities of self-made transparent porcelain powders were similar to that of songfeng porcelain powders. The mechanical property test showed that the bending strengthes of porcelain fused to metal prepared by self-made transparent porcelain powders were higher than that of natural dental, which could meet clinical requirements.
