摘　　要：目的 :选择凝胶剂中适宜的高分子材料。方法 :以麻黄碱、伪麻黄碱的含量作为考察指标 ,分别对不同种类的高分子材料组成的小儿哮喘直肠凝胶剂进行了透析膜和家兔直肠 2种体外释放实验 ,对各种凝胶剂的释药能力进行比较研究。结果 :释药能力分别为丙烯酸类高分子凝胶 >HPMC凝胶 >CMC Na凝胶。结论Objective: To select appropriate high molecular polymer for preparation of rectal gel.Methods: The drug release properties in vitro of different polymers were investigated by means of membrane method and in vitro rectun of rabbit method and the drug release capabilties of different polymers were compared in the contents of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine as the markers. Results: The drug release capabilties of investigating three polymers were under following order Eudragit>HPMC>CMC Na. Conclusion: Eudregit resin is best for Shiaoer Antiasthma Rectal Gel.
