摘　　要：目的 :采用薄层扫描法测定银杏叶浸膏中白果内酯的含量 ,并进行了方法学研究。方法 :色谱条件为 :Kieselgel 60GF2 5 4 ;乙酸乙酯 甲苯 丙酮 正己烷 ( 4∶3∶2∶1) ;检测波长为 2 70nm。结果 :平均回收率 99.83 % ,RSD =1.78%。结论 :此方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好 。Objective:To determine bilobalide in GBE by TLC scanning and study the methodology of the determination. Method:The chromatography conditions∶EtOAc∶CH 3 Ar∶Me 2CO∶Hexane (4∶3∶2∶1), detection wavelength at 270nm. Results:The average recovery was 99.83% with RSD of 1.78%. Conclusion:The method is sample, sensitive, accurate with a good reproducibility.
