摘　　要：目的 :建立蒙药阿那日 5中胡椒碱的薄层扫描测定方法。方法 :在 0 .5%CMC硅胶板上以环己烷 丙酮 苯 乙醚 ( 7∶4∶1∶1)加 2 0 %的NaOH溶液 2ml振摇分层后取有机相为展开剂 ,用改良碘化铋钾液显色 ,在λS50 8nmλR 553nm处对胡椒碱斑点进行反射线性扫描 ,用外标两点法进行定量。结果 :胡椒碱在 1～ 7μg范围内其面积积分值与点样量间呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .999。回收率为 99.61%,RSD =0 .92 %,(n =6)。结论 :提供了对阿那日Objective: To establish TLC scanning method for piperine in Mongloian medicine: Anari 5. Methods: 0.5% CMC of silica gel plate; take the organie phase obtained by vibrating and stratifying cyclohexane∶acetone∶benzene∶ether (7∶4∶1∶1) with 2ml of 20% NaOH solution as developer; the piperine spot was determined by reradiation scanning at 508nm (λ S) and 553nm (λ R), and quantitatively determined by external two point method. Results: Piperine showed a good linear relationship between area integration value and sampling amount at a range of 1～7μg (r=0.99). The recovery was 99.61% and RSD was 0.92% (n=6). Conclusion: This study provides the quality control way for Anari 5.
