摘　　要：多媒体技术成为重要的信息技术之一。随着社会与医药卫生事业的发展及医疗体制的改革,如何利用现代化手段满足广大群众和企业的信息需求,成为一个重要的课题。本文以WindowsXP操作系统为开发平台将多媒体技术应用于医药信息咨询领域,开发了多媒体医药咨询服务系统,并以Internet为平台提供上互联网,供广大信息用户共享和使用,及时地解决了就医与用药过程中出现的问题,为社会提供了有效的信息服务。Human society have experience agricultural society and industry society, is stepping into the information society. Information is becoming to be the symbol of knowledge economy times, and multimedia technology beyond all doubt the most important of information technology. While society and medicine health development, also the reform of medical system. The topic about how to use advanced ways, to satisfied general people and enterprises information demands is very impartant. The topic uses the Windows XP system and Marcomedia Dreamweaver tools, taking the Microsoft Access as the backstage. Also commencing from the Asp.net technique. We use the mtdtimedia technology and computer technology for the medicine areas, so the multimedia medical service system can be serviced on interuet for general people. Then people can share and use it to solute the questions of looking for doctor and using drugs. The system provides effective information services to our society.
