摘 要:目的 :研究正常人骨髓基质祖细胞 ( CFU- F)在体外传代培养过程中的功能变化。方法 :采用体外液体单层和半固体培养法。结果 :F1传代细胞对骨髓红系祖细胞集落形成单位 ( CFU- E)和粒系祖细胞集落形成单位 ( CFU- GM)支持能力最显著 ,F2 代对有核细胞粘附能力最显著。结论 :F1代是进行第二次接种骨髓细胞的最佳时机 ,而对有核细胞的粘附能力主要与成纤维细胞有关。Objective:To observe the changes in the function of the clony froming unit of fibroblast (CFU F) in normal human in vitro.Methods:The expriments with liquid single layer culture and semisolid culture in vitro were performed.Results:The supporting effects of the CFU F in the first filial generation (F 1) on the erythroid clony forming unit (CFU E) and the clony forming unit granulocyte macrophage (CFU GM) were significantly higher than those in other generations including the F 0 and F 2,while,the CFU F in the F 2 had the most significant adhesive capacity for the nucleate cells as compared with those in the F 0 and F 1.Conclusion:The data suggested that it was in the F 2 that the optimal duration was for the second implantation of the bone marrow cells,and the adhesive capacity for the nucleate cells was mainly associated with the fibroblast.〔
