摘　　要：目的总结重庆大坪医院综合性介入中心手术平台建设与应用的成功经验。方法重点介绍转型后综合性介入中心的管理模式、平台建设过程(环境改造,设备引进,制度、规范、流程、路径制定,人员培训,质量管理,手术安全等)。结果通过转型使我院介入在近3年进入了快速发展期,形成了完善的、合理的、科学的适合我院介入发展的管理体系,工作数量指标、质量指标、安全指标、经济效益等方面呈快速上升趋势。结论综合性介入中心手术平台建设对推动我院介入的发展具有重要的指导意义。Objective To summarize the successful experience in the construction and application of integrated intervention operation platform at Chongqing Daping Hospital. Methods The three phases of the interventional operation development at Chongqing Daping Hospital were retrospectively analyzed, focusing on the administrative mode and establishing course of intervention center after transformation. The environment reform, introduction of equipment, formulate of system, norm and procedure, staff training, quality control, operation safety, etc, were discussed. Results After transformation, the intervention center grew rapidly, and perfect, rational, scientific and suitable administrative system was formed. Moreover, the department, physician＇s skill, surgery kinds, amount of work, security indexes and economical benefit are markedly improved. Conclusion The establishment of integrated intervention operation platform is very important for the development of interventional operation in authors＇ hospital.
