摘　　要：造血干细胞移植（hematopoietic stem cell transplantation．HSCT）是治疗血液肿瘤、非恶性血液病、遗传性疾病、代谢性疾病、急性放射病的有效手段之一，已在临床应用35年。造血干细胞移植的成败主要墩决于供着造血干细胞能否存衍主的造血微环境中正常地增殖和分化，Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a therapeutic method in treatment of various hematologic neoplastic disorders. Successful transplantion relies on the normal proliferation, differentiation of the transplanted hematopoietic stem cells in the recipients, and the low occurence of complications. In previous studies, more attention has been paid to the hematopoietic stem cells rather than the hematopoietie inductive mi- croenvironment, which is actually necessary for the survival and function of the transplanted hematopoietie stem cells. Results from our studies indicate that the hematopoietic inductive mieroenvironment is as important as the hematopoietic stem cells in the transplantation therapy.
