摘　　要：良性气道狭窄是由多种原因引起的气道占位性、瘢痕挛缩性或塌陷性狭窄。严重的气道狭窄甚至危及生命。气管、支气管结核是我国目前发生良性气道狭窄的主要原因,约占良性气道狭窄的70%。肺脏介入新技术的迅速发展,为良性气道狭窄的治疗提供了新的有效方法,且取得了一定疗效,但存在着许多严重的问题和争议。本文就我国肺脏介入技术治疗良性气道狭窄存在的问题和对策进行评析,并向国内应用肺脏介入技术治疗良性气道狭窄的医务工作者发出警告。Benign airway stenosis is usually caused by several diseases leading to occupancy, scar contracmre and the collapse of tracheal wall. Severe stenosis of airway may even lead to death. In China, tracheobronchial and bronchial tuberculosis account for 70% of all the reasons resulting in benign airway stenosis. Though interventional treatment on lung which has been developed dramatically is bringing a new way to airway stenosis therapy, in the meantime, it introduces some problems and disputes among experts. The present article put forward severe problems appearing in this new technique treatment, and then gave analysis and solutions to these problems.
