把创新城市发展方式作为国家重大战略

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国创造了人类历史上最大规模、最宏伟的城市化篇章。但当前我国城市发展方式总体是粗放的、外延式的,难以适应城市现代化的新要求,多重因素掣肘城市的可持续发展。城市发展方式直接影响到城市发展质量,是一个关系到国家经济社会发展的全局性、战略性问题。因此,应当将创新城市发展方式上升为国家战略,创新城市发展理念,积极探索一条符合自然规律、经济规律、社会规律和城市发展规律的可持续的城市发展道路。China has created the most magnificent chapter of urbanization since 1978,even in the history of human.But our urban development mode is still extensive,which is blindly expanding the scale of the city,and is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of urban modernization.Currently,the urban sustainable development is restricted by multiple factors.In the process of the on-going urbanization,urban development mode directly affects the quality of urban development,it is a important strategic issues that in relation to national economic and social development.So,the author suggests that we should upgrade the innovation of urban development mode to national strategy.We should accelerate innovating the concept of urban development and exploring a scientific and sustainable development path of urbanization,according with the natural law,economic law,social law and the law of urban development.
