防水架桥剂对环保型碳氟防水剂性能的影响

摘　　要：选用不同防水架桥剂对化纤机织物进行防水整理,经对比试验,综合工厂节能降耗因素得出优化工艺:pH为4.5,150℃焙烘2 min,防水剂和架桥剂用量分别是3%(omf)和1%(omf).用该工艺加工的产品可以满足GB/T 3921-1997、GB/T 18318-2001、AATCC-22和GB/T 3923.1-1997等标准的要求.Varieties of waterproof bridging agents were applied in waterproofing finish of synthetic woven fabrics. The optimal finishing technology was obtained through comparison experiments and consideration of plant energy saving factors： pH=4.5, curing at 150 ℃ for 2 min, 3%（omf） of waterproofing agent and 1%（omf） of bridging agent. Performance of the finished fabric could meet standards of GB/T 3921-1997, GB/T 18318-2001, AATCC-22 and GB/T 3923.1-1997.
