摘  要:针对高g值加速度传感器动态特性校准中遇到的激励窄脉冲的宽度问题,提出了适用于高g值加速度传感器动态特性的窄脉冲校准准则。该准则给出了对不同谐振频率的高g值加速度传感器的动态特性进行校准时,校准所需的激励窄脉冲的最大脉冲宽度与传感器谐振频率的关系。依据该准则设计了窄脉冲校准系统,并对8309型高g值加速度传感器进行了校准实验。实验结果表明,该准则对于高g值加速度传感器频率响应特性的校准是有效的,按照该准则所定脉宽的脉冲能够激起被较准的高g值加速度传感器的各阶谐振频率。In order to determine the duration of shock pulse excited a high-g accelerometer,a calibration principle was put forward in this paper.For the accelerometers with different natural frequency,this principle presented the relationship of the maximum excited pulse duration and the accelerometer natural frequency used in the dynamic characteristic calibration of a high-g accelerometer.According to the principle,a narrow pulse shock calibration system was designed and a set of calibration tests was conducted for a high-g piezoelectric accelerometer 8309.It was demonstrated that this principle is effective for amplitude-frequency response characteristic calibration of a high-g accelerometer and various resonance frequencies of a high-g accelerometer were excited using a shock pulse whose duration is determined by the above principle.
