我国城镇居民楼信报箱设置情况调查分析

摘　　要：信报箱既是邮政经营、服务的重要载体,同时也是邮政连接社会的纽带和桥梁。2008年以来国家相继出台相应的法律条文来约束和督促开发商为居民住宅楼安装信报箱。基于对某省城镇居民楼信报箱设置情况的实地调查,分析其信报箱设置以及管理维护中存在的问题,提出需加强政府引导,提高公民意识和将信报箱建设作为基础建设等措施来保障公民的基本通信权利之观点。Letter boxes are not only the important part of post business and service but also the tache between the post and the residents.Since 2008,the government has issued the corresponding provisions of law to restrain and supervise the developer to install the letter boxes in the building,the law is important for protecting citizens＇ basic right to communicate.Based on field surveys of the a province＇s residential buildings letter boxes set,it analyzed letter boxes setting status and problems,and puts forward that the government should strengthen guidance,promote civic awareness of letter boxes,put the letter boxes as an important part of infrastructure to protect citizens＇ basic right to communication.
