摘　　要：以2009年长三角和珠三角的民营上市公司为样本,在传统指标的基础上,考虑公司治理和资源利用等因素,构建影响民营企业可持续增长的因子分析模型,提炼出股东现金流权、控制权偏离度和赫芬达尔指数等八个影响民营上市公司可持续增长的重要因素,表明协调资源配置,提升治理水平是民营企业实现可持续增长的重要保证。Taking data from private listed companies of Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta as sample,considering corporate governance and resource utilization,factor analysis model has been built to test the factors to the sustainable growth of private listed companies.Eight important elements are extracted such as shareholders＇ cash flow rights and Herfindahl-Hirschman index and so on.The results show that it is crucial for the sustainable growth to improve resource utilization and governance capacity.
