摘  要:粉煤灰是燃煤电厂的副产物,将其改性后,对剩余污泥进行调理以改善污泥脱水性能。本实验以氢氧化钠作为改性剂,制备改性粉煤灰,通过实验确定改性粉煤灰投加量对污泥沉降性能、污泥比阻、含水率的影响。结果表明,分别投加粉煤灰和改性粉煤灰后,污泥沉降比(SV)分别由90%减小至52%和30%;随着投加量的增加,污泥比阻和含水率先减后增,当改性粉煤灰投加量为80g/L时比阻最小为6.5×1010 m/kg,含水率为52%。Coal fly ash (CFA) is a by--product of power plants. Modified coal fly ash (MCFA) can be used as the sewage sludge conditioning agent to improve sludge dewatering performance. Raw coal fly ash(RCFA)was modified by sodium hydroxide and MCFA was obtained. The effects of dosage of MCFA on setting performance, specific resistance to filtration (SRF) and moisture content of sludge were discussed in the experiment. After adding RCFA and MCFA to the excess sludge respectively, the result indicates that SV corresponding decreased from 90% to 52% and 30%; As the dosage of MCFA increases, SRF and moisture content of sludge decreased and then increased. When the dosage o MCFA was 80g/L, SRF and moisture content reached to the minimum of 6.5 × 10^10m/kg and 52%, respectively.
