摘  要:采用并流共沉淀法制备了各组分不同物质的量比的CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-ZrO2催化剂,考察各组分物质的量比对该系列催化剂前驱体及催化剂的影响。运用X射线衍射(XRD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)技术、热重-微分热分解(TG-DTG)实验分析等手段对其进行表征分析,并在固定床连续流动反应器中利用组成为V(H2)/V(CO2)=3.0的混合气,在T=250℃、P=3.0MPa、GHSV=3000h-1反应条件下对CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-ZrO2系列催化剂进行了催化CO2加H2合成甲醇的活性评价实验。结果表明:该系列催化剂在抑制Zn2+取代Cu2+方面表现良好,当n(Cu)∶n(Zn)∶n(Al)∶n(Zr)为0.45∶0.45∶0.02∶0.08时催化剂体现的还原性和活性最佳。To investigate the effects of mole ratio of Cu, Zn, Al, Zr on the CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-ZrO2 catalyst and its precursor sysmtemically, a series of CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-ZrO2 composite catalysts with different mole proportions were prepared by co-current co-precipitation method. The catalysts and their precuisors were characterised by XRD, H2-TPR and TG-DTG, and the series of CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 genation of CO2 to methanol was further evaluated using a ZrO2 composite catalysts catalytic performance for hydro- feed mixed gas composed of V(H2 )/(CO2)=3.0. All of the process was proceed in a laboratory fixed-bed reactor system, and under the condition of T= 250℃, P= 3.0MPa, GHSV=3000h-1. The results demonstrate that CuO-ZnO-Al2O3-ZrO2 composite catalysts can restrain Zn2+ from replacing Cu2+ ,and the catalyst shows excellent reduction qualification and catalytic activity when the Cu, Zn, Al, Zr mole ratio was 0.45 : 0. 45 : 0.02 : 0. 08.
