摘 要:为了给污染区紫叶李的栽植提供理论指导,以盆栽紫叶李为试验材料,采用简易静态熏气系统研究了不同浓度SO2对紫叶李叶片部分生理指标的影响。结果表明,随SO2浓度增加,紫叶李叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)持续上升,过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先增加后下降;细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性蛋白含量不同程度的增加,当SO2浓度为22.86mg/m3时,分别比对照增加了194.2%、112.06%、70.51%和97.77%。说明随SO2浓度的增加,叶片内代谢物质持续增加,这些物质提高了紫叶李对SO2的抗性;当浓度超过17.14mg/m3时,抗氧化酶系统受到了破坏,初步说明紫叶李不适宜栽植于该地区,与真实环境下的结论是否吻合需进一步验证。Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of SO 2 stress on the physiological parameters in Prunus cerasifera var.atropurea by utilizing a simple static fumigation system,in order to provide a theoretical guide for cultivating Prunus cerasifera var.atropurea in contaminated areas.The results showed that,with the increment of SO2 concentration,the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity increased continuously,peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) activity increased during the first period,but declined afterwards,while cell membrane permeability,malondialdehyde(MDA) content,proline(Pro) content and soluble protein content rose in different degrees.The value of these four parameters was 194.2%,112.06%,70.51% and 97.77% higher than that of control respectively when SO2 concentration reached to 22.86mg/m3.It was concluded that the metabolites in the leaves of Prunus cerasifera var.atropurea increased consistently continuously and thus SO2 resistance was promoted with the increment of SO 2 concentration.However,the antioxidant enzyme system was damaged when SO2 concentration exceeded 17.14mg/m3,which indicated that Prunus cerasifera var.atropurea was not suitable to be cultivated in these areas.Farther research was also needed to testify this conclusion.
