摘 要:为研究有利于菜心出芽的生长素-细胞分裂素(NAA-BAP)浓度配比,以‘油青’菜心的带柄-子叶为外植体,在MS培养基中分别加入不同浓度配比的生长素和细胞分裂素,共设置16个处理观察菜心带子叶的子叶柄出芽情况。试验结果表明,不同浓度配比NAA-BAP对菜心出芽影响不同,菜心出芽量在各处理间有显著差异。当培养基中NAA-BAP浓度配比为0.5~1mg/L、0.25~2mg/L时,有较高的出芽数量和出芽率,表明此浓度配比最适合菜心出芽。这为菜心的转基因研究、快速繁殖等提供了基础。In order to research the concentration ratio of auxin-cytokinin(NAA-BAP) which was in favor of Youqing budding,16 processing in MS medium were set up with different concentrations ratio of auxin and cytokinin.The explants were cotyledon petioles of flowering Chinese cabbage.The results showed that different ratio of NAA-BAP had different effects on budding of flowering Chinese cabbage,and the budding amount of cotyledon petioles had significant differences among treatments.When the mixing concentration of NAA-BAP was 0.5-1mg/L,0.25-2mg/L,the cotyledon petioles of flowering Chinese cabbage had higher number of budding and sprouting rate.It indicated that this concentration ratio was the most suitable ratio for flowering Chinese cabbage budding.This research provided basis for flowering Chinese cabbage transgenic and rapid propagation.
