摘 要:建立了窑长为90m的氧化铝熟料回转窑的传热传质数学模型,采用化学动力学方法研究了烧结反应吸、放热对窑内温度分布的影响。研究结果表明物料各成分能够在窑内完全反应结束,回转窑转速的提高增大了窑气、物料和内壁面之间的对流换热系数。喷煤量随窑产能的增加而增大,同时出口窑气温度和熟料温度分别由533.1K上升到610.3K和1239.3K上升到1292.9K,化学反应吸热比例由25.1%下降到23.6%。A mathematical model was established to describe the complicated heat and mass transport processes for a 90-meter-long alumina clinker rotary kiln.Using the chemical dynamics method,studied the effects of heat absorption and release induced by sintering reaction on inner rotary kiln temperature profile.The research results indicate that the sintering reaction would complete at the inner kiln.As the kiln RPM decreases,the convection heat transfer coefficient among gas,solid and inner wall is improved.The kiln production capacity growth is raising demand for coal mass,and then the gas temperature in kiln tail and the solid temperature in kiln head are by 533.1K,1239.3K rise to 610.3K,1292.9K respectively.Heat absorption proportion by sintering reaction is decrease by 25.1% to 23.6%.
