摘 要:在不同的钢纤维掺量下,对密级配沥青混凝土的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性开展了系列试验研究,结合试验结果分析了钢纤维改善沥青混凝土各项路用性能的工作机理,首次从材料组成决定性能的角度阐明了钢纤维掺量和沥青含量的交互作用对各路用性能指标的影响规律,分别建立了考虑钢纤维和沥青含量综合影响的动稳定度预估模型、考虑温度及钢纤维影响的弯拉强度预估模型以及考虑钢纤维和相应沥青增加量综合影响的冻融劈裂抗拉强度比经验模型.研究结果可为相关研究和工程应用提供有益的借鉴.In this paper, a series of tests on high-temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance and water stability properties of dense grading asphalt concrete at different steel fiber content were carried out. According to the test results, working mechanism of the steel fiber improving road performance of asphalt concrete was analyzed. Influence laws of interactions between steel fibers and as- phalt content on each road performance were illustrated for the first time in terms of material composition in determining service per- formance. Prediction models of dynamic stability considering the comprehensive effects of steel fibers and asphalt content, bending strength considering the effects of temperature and steel fibers, ratio of freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength (TSR) considering the inte- grated effects of steel fiber and the corresponding increment of asphalt content, were established respectively. The results could be used as references for similar researches and projects.
