复方磷酸可待因口服溶液致急性尿潴留1例

摘　　要：1例83岁男性患者,因上呼吸道感染给予复方磷酸可待因口服溶液10mL,tid,口服治疗。服药后第2天出现尿频,排尿困难,下腹胀痛。体格检查见耻骨联合上区球形隆起,按压腹部时尿意明显;超声提示急性尿潴留,考虑与使用磷酸可待因有关。立即停用磷酸可待因口服溶液,尿管导出尿液近1000mL后症状缓解。留置尿管2周后拔除,恢复正常排尿,未再复发。A 83-year-old man taked oral compound phosphate codeine solution 10ml thrice daily for upper respiratory tract tnTectlon, un day 2 after drug use, frequent urination, dysuria and lower abdominal pain developed. Physical examination showed spherical bulge of the pubic symphysis region. And when pressing the abdomen, his sense of urination was clear Ultrasonography revealed acute urinary retention which was considered to be associated with the use of phosphate codeine. Phosphate codeine solution was discontinued immediately and he was given catheterization near 1000ml. Soon, the symptom was relieved. Indwelling catheter being removed after two weeks, the patient returned to normal voiding, with no recurrence.
