丙烯酸及衣康酸酯对纯丙乳液性能的影响

摘　　要：采用半连续预乳化的聚合方法,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,烯丙氧基壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚硫酸铵(DNS-86)作为可聚合乳化剂制备了纯丙乳液,研究了三种功能单体丙烯酸(AA)、衣康酸单丁酯(MBI)及衣康酸二丁酯(DBI)对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:相比使用其他功能单体,DBI作为功能单体时的乳液性质比较好,适宜的用量为单体总量的1.5%。The acrylate latex was prepared by semi-continuous pre-emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate （MMA） and butyl acrylate （BA） as main monomers and ammoniurfi sulfate allyloxy nonylphenoxy poly（ethyleneoxy） （10） ether （DNS-86） as polymerisable emulsifier. The effrct of three kinds of functional monomers acrylic acid （AA）, monobutyl itaconate（MBI） and di（n-butyl） itaconate（DBI） on the properties of latex were studied. The results showed that compared to other functional monomers, the properties of latex showed better when using DBI as functional monomer. The appropriate dosage was 1.5% of all the amount of monomers.
