摘　　要：基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)作为一种高效、精确的分析方法,已经在生物、化学、生命科学等很多领域得到了广泛应用。本文着重阐述了MALDI-TOF-MS的构造、性能特征,以及在聚合物分析中的应用。As an effective and precise analysis technology, matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry （MALDI-TOF-MS） has been used widely in many fields, such as biology, chemistry, and life science. In this paper, the instrument assembly and performance characteristic of MALDI-TOF-MS, its application to analysis of polymer are mainly presented.
