摘  要:根据低温钻机对配套设备性能的要求,研制了适合俄罗斯7 000 m低温轨道钻机配套的低温固控系统。该固控系统采用多层模块结构,在空间上分为上、中、下3层,依次为顶棚、中间层、钻井液罐。下层钻井液罐底座带有与地面轨道配套的高强度合金钢滚轮,可以实现系统整体移动,工作时通过锁紧机构连接成一个整体,并实现空间内部温度不低于10℃。系统对钻井液采用5级净化处理,能在-45~50℃环境下对钻井液进行配置、贮存、循环和净化等,且保证在-60℃环境下能无损储存。试验及应用情况表明,该固控系统能够满足丛式井作业快速移动和7 000 m低温轨道钻机的配套需要。According to the matching equipment performance required by low temperature drilling rig, the sup- porting low temperature solid control system for the 7 000 m low temperature rail rig was developed. It is suitable for the low temperature environment in Russia. The system adopts a multi-layer modular structure which contains the upper, middle and lower layers in space, namely ceiling, interlayer and mud tank. The tank base has a high- strength alloy steel roller matching the ground rail. It can achieve the movement of the whole system. It can form a whole space through the locking mechanism in operation and it can reach a temperature of no less than 10 ℃ within the space. The system can perform a five-stage purification of drilling fluid. It can carry out the preparation, stor- age, circulation and purification of the mud in the environment of -45 -50 ℃. Moreover, no-damage storage can be ensured in the environment of -60 ℃. The test and application show that the solid control system can meet the needs of quick motion of cluster well operation and 7 000 m low temperature rail rig.
